    The rooftop bar offered amazing city views.

    I faced numerous issues that impacted my experience. The check-in process was frustrating, as I wasn't granted the room upgrade I was promised, despite the hotel's availability. My room had leaky windows that let in noise from the street.

    They provided great service. Contemporary, generous-sized room with rainfall shower, well appointed bathrooms. Above average and reasonable breakfast with good choice of hot/cold dishes. Good location, close to Market Square;)))

    Room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was great and so were the breakfasts.

    The building was old world design. The decor should reflect that. Instead the decor was starkly modern and not very warm and comforting.

    Luxurious breakfast buffet offering an array of high-quality dishes. The spa services provided a perfect escape with reasonable prices for treatments, a highlight .

    Room temperature control was an issue. It felt uncomfortably warm at times, which could be bothersome for those sensitive to heat. The noise from street traffic could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep, particularly in front-facing rooms. The absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing, leaving a gap in the expected amenities often found in places like this.
